Delivery Policy
At ALOA, we prioritize prompt delivery while ensuring the highest quality for our products. All items undergo rigorous quality inspections before dispatch, allowing us to provide our valued customers with premium merchandise. Once your order is placed, you will receive a verification email or WhatsApp message for confirmation.
Please note that we only ship orders on business days, from Monday to Friday.
To avoid delivery delays, kindly provide your complete address and accurate contact details. Our courier partner will attempt to reach you using the provided phone number before arranging delivery. If they cannot contact you, the courier will return the parcel to ALOA. We will then make further efforts to contact you and arrange an alternative delivery.

Exchange Policy
To facilitate exchanges, customers must return the product to us at the specified address. Once we receive and inspect the product, our team will issue a shopping voucher equivalent to the original purchase amount. Delivery charges are non refundable. This voucher can be used for a future order and will be valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Exchange requests will only be accepted within 2 days of receiving the products. Customers are responsible for the courier charges when returning items. After 7 days, the company will decide whether to fulfill your request. ALOA reserves the right to reject any exchange claim that does not comply with the stated policy. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds or returns will only be issued in the following cases:
The wrong item was sent.
The item is defective.
The item was damaged during shipping.

Sales Items
Please note that clearance and sale items are not eligible for refunds. Clearance items cannot be exchanged for another size or product. For sale and clearance items, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued instead of a cash refund.
