Refund policy

To initiate an exchange request, please contact us at info@aloaofficial.com, and we will be happy to assist you. 

  • Return Policy:

    • For customers in Pakistan, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
    • For international orders, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

    Exchange Conditions:

    • Items must be in their original condition—unused and in their original packaging.
    • Delivery charges will not be included in the exchange value; only the item’s price will be considered.
    • When returning items, please include a note with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
    • A video documenting the unboxing process, clearly showing the damage, is required as proof for any claims.

    After we receive and inspect the returned items, our quality assurance team will confirm the details for issuing a voucher or store credit. If approved, store credit will be sent to the email used for your order within 2 working days. This credit is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

    Refund Policy: Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

    1. You received the wrong item.
    2. The item was defective or unavailable from the manufacturer.
    3. The item was damaged during shipping.

    To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item(s). Customers are responsible for returning the items, and refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect them. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For COD orders, refunds will be made to the bank account provided by the customer.

    Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 days to process. Please note that refunds are only granted for damaged items. We ensure all items are in perfect condition before shipping; however, if you receive a damaged item, you may request a full refund by emailing us at info@aloaofficial.com.
