Refund policy

 

  • If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
  • Any product bought from ALOA can be sent back within 7 days of receiving it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Only damaged articles are eligible for return. 
  • We do not offer refunds unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
  • Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • In case of damaged goods,  we'll issue a coupon code equivalent to the full amount paid for the article. This coupon code will be provided for future use, as shipping costs remain non-refundable.
  • NOTE:
  • When you place an order at our website on COD, you make a commitment to pay. Please do not refuse to accept the order when it is delivered. Customers who refuse delivery will not be allowed to place further orders.
